SUPPORT

We understand the value of support and the resulting customer satisfaction. We pride ourselves in our customer support and have taken the utmost care to ensure timely response to all our valued customers. Other than providing the technical support to the partnering Educational Institutes for creating and running SMART classes with minimal investments on hardware, we also provide academic support for the students. We with our partnering educational institutes, have a set of subject matter experts available to answer and clarify any question a student may have. Support should be available through any of the following channels

  • Audio Chat
  • Video Chat (bandwidth dependent at students end - quality may be sub-optimal)

Students can send their questions through email to: support@veda.edu.inResponses should be provided within 24 Hrs.

Students can use text messaging for getting their questions answered during support hours or anytime from their peers.

Students can also use the audio & video channel to discuss their doubts during support hours.

Additionally, we also have a Q & A session between 1100 to 1300 hrs IST on holidays. We will aggregate and answer the frequently asked questions and doubts up until that session. It will also be podcast for possible retrieval at a more convenient time for the students.
