By using, our on-line contents or contents made available via your intranet, offering of VEDA™,

1.You agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. We reserve the right to change the terms of this agreement or to modify any features of the site at any time. By registering for this service and/or continuing to use this service after having been notified of any changes to this service, you agree to be bound by those changes. If you choose not to agree to the changes you are free to discontinue the use of the service and inform us so in writing. However, you will continue to be bound by the agreement as agreed to.

2.This service includes, but is not limited to, application, text, photographs, graphics, video and audio content that is protected by copyright as a collective work or compilation under the copyright laws. All individual programs, applications, content and other elements comprising this service are also copyrighted works. You must abide by all additional copyright notices or restrictions contained in this service.

3.Unless expressly permitted, you MAY NOT copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, enter into a database in order to display, perform, modify, create derivative works, transmit, or in any way exploit any part of this service. You may not distribute any part of this service over any network, including a local area network, for sale or offer it for sale. In addition, these files may not be used to construct any kind of database.

4.You are also responsible for all statements made or materials posted under your (Login) account, including liability for harm caused by such statements or materials. You may not transfer, sell, or otherwise assign your rights or obligations under this Agreement

5.You agree to indemnify and hold harmless VEDA™ and their parents or affiliates, and their directors, officers, managers, employees, shareholders, agents, and licensers, from and against all losses, expenses, damages and costs, including reasonable Legal fees, resulting from any violation of this Agreement or our service, or the failure to fulfill any obligations relating to your account incurred by you or any other person using your account. We reserve the right to take over the exclusive defense of any claim for which we are entitled to indemnification under this Section. In such event, you shall provide us with such cooperation as is reasonably requested by us.

6.This service is available "as is." We do not warrant that this service will be uninterrupted or error-free, and delays, omissions, interruptions and inaccuracies in the news, information or other materials available through this service may arise. We are not responsible for the availability or content of other services that may be linked to this service, nor do we make any warranties, express or implied, including without limitation, those of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, with respect to this service or any information or goods that are available or advertised or sold through this service. We do not make any representations, nor do we endorse the accuracy, completeness, timeliness or reliability of any advice, opinions, statements or other materials or databases displayed, uploaded or distributed in this service or available through links in this service. We reserve the right to correct any errors or omissions in this service. 7.The Marketing company and its directors, officers, managers, employees, shareholders, agents and licensers are not liable for incidental, indirect, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages of any kind, including the loss of revenues or profit, loss of business or loss of data, in any way related to our services or for any claim, loss or injury based on errors, omissions, interruptions or other inaccuracies in our service (including without limitation as a result of breach of any warranty or other term of this agreement). Any claim against us shall be limited to the amount you paid, if any, for use of this service.

8.This agreement shall be governed by the laws of India. BY CONTINUING TO USE VEDA™ YOU AGREE TO ABIDE BY THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT.

WARNING: The USER ID and PASSWORD provided to registered students of the site or given through their partnering institute, is meant to be used only by them and sharing of USER ID and PASSWORD and website content with others will not be tolerated and when found will lead to the termination of membership without any warning.

PRIVACY POLICY:

We at VEDA™ adhere to the following principles to protect your privacy.

1. We will never rent or sell your personally identifiable information to third parties for marketing purposes
2. We will never share your contact information with any other user without your consent
3. Any sensitive information that you provide will be secured with all industry standard protocols and technology

Notice of all changes that materially affect ways in which your personally identifiable data may be used or shared will be posted in updates to our Privacy Policy. If you continue to use the VEDA™ service after notice of changes have been sent to you or published on our site, you hereby provide your consent to the changed practices.

Changes to this Privacy Policy:

VEDA™ may update this privacy policy. In the event there are significant changes in the way we process your personally identifiable information, we will display a notice on this site. Unless stated otherwise, our current Privacy Policy applies to all information that we have about you and your account.

Legal Disclaimer:

It is possible that we may need to disclose personal information when required by law. We will disclose such information wherein we have a good-faith belief that it is necessary to comply with a court order, ongoing judicial proceeding, or other legal process served on our company or to exercise our legal rights or defend against legal claims.

DELIVERY

Educational institutes - can install our teaching material / virtual labs with our Learning Management System (LMS) in your intranet server at your premises. The contents can be accessed by your teachers / students via intranet in the institute or by internet from their residence

Students - Can register through their school or directly in our site. Upon receipt and realization of funds, a password and login id will be emailed to the email address provided by the buyer at the time of registration. The buyer will have service available to him/her for the period subscribed to during registration starting from the time the login id/password email is sent. Prior to the expiration of subscription, an email will be sent out to the buyer reminding them of the impending expiration which will allow them to renew without losing continuity.
